VCCCD (Moorpark, Oxnard, and 澳门皇家赌城在线大学) has authorized Parchment, Inc. to act as agent for providing official transcripts.

外部课程评估

If you have already received your original diploma and need additional copies, or if you lost your original diploma and need a replacement, 完成 文凭表格副本.

There is a $15 fee per duplicate/replacement diploma.

Students may elect to print their preferred/chosen name on the diploma. 你会收到一封电子邮件 diplomaorder@michaelsutter.com requesting your preferred/chosen name and mailing address.  You can enter your diploma name once you receive the email.

You must have a preferred/chosen name on file.  Otherwise, your request will not be processed. 您可以通过MyVCCCD门户网站更新您的首选/选择的名称，或者提交一个 更改个人信息 petition.
